Price corrections
The most useful message we get. Tell us the item, the price you paid, and the city. Regional differences are normal, so we look for a pattern before changing a figure.
Missing or discontinued items
Menus change without announcements. If something on this site is gone from the restaurant, or something new is missing here, let us know.
Site problems
A page that will not load, a table that will not scroll on your phone, a link that goes nowhere. Include the page address and your device if you can.
Business and licensing
Advertising questions, content licensing, or anything requiring a written agreement. Use the same address and put the subject in the first line.

Contact Questions
Can you take my order or change one I already placed?
No. This site publishes menu information and has no connection to any restaurant’s ordering system. Orders, changes, refunds and missing items all go to Zaxby’s directly, either through the restaurant that took the order or through guest support on 1-866-892-9297.
The price I paid was different from the one on this page. Is the page wrong?
Possibly, and possibly not. Prices are set restaurant by restaurant, so a difference of fifty cents to a dollar on the same item is normal between one city and the next.
Send us the item, the price and the city anyway. Several reports from the same region tell us a price band has genuinely moved, and that is when we change the figure.
How quickly do you reply?
Within about 2 business days on a normal week. Corrections get read faster than they get answered, so a fix can appear on the site before you receive a reply.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. We do not publish guest articles, sponsored posts or paid links, and we do not change a published price or calorie figure in exchange for payment.
Can I use your tables on my own website?
Short quotations with a link back are fine. Republishing whole tables or the bulk of a page is not, and neither is feeding the site into a database that reproduces it.
