A second rush builds from about 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. Ordering between 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM usually means food within a few minutes and no queue at all.

The menu does not change across the day. The same Chicken Finger Plate, the same Zalads and the same wings are available from open to close, so a late lunch costs what an early dinner costs. Three dates account for almost every closure: Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Those are the traditional family holidays across the chain, and the majority of restaurants lock the doors for the full day rather than opening on a short shift.
